Opera on Tap Presents: Nasty Women of Opera
"Put on your best pantsuit and pussy hat and join us at The Burren on March 25 for an afternoon of epic music paying homage to the powerful women of opera. From Valkyrie warriors to powerful queens, we will prove once and for all that women in opera aren’t just shrinking violets and swooning ingenues. All are welcome, as our female AND male singers show us what feminism sounds like, with superhuman vocal feats that will include oft-overlooked works by female composers. The only thing anyone will be grabbing is a cold beer served up by the friendly Burren staff."

Opera on Tap Presents: Summer Stock!
"Sunday Night At The Opera closes the summer season with an evening dedicated to the many small, privately owned Playhouses that dot the Northeast. Every summer they are reborn, offering employment to scores of young artists, and have helped to keep live theater vibrant for the thousands that attend.
The singers of Opera on Tap are drawing from a range of material. Broadway, Off-Broadway and West End musicals are all represented. Traditional pieces by Rodgers and Hammerstein and Cole Porter are set against the modern styling of Stephen Schwartz and others."
